Training Option 1:
Strength
Explosiveness
Acceleration
Weight, plyometrics, and short sprint training, always indoors. All of these sessions are held at Limitless Health Wellness in Woodlyn, PA, all year long.
Training Option 2:
Top Speed
Agility
Form running, speed endurance, and change of direction/lateral quickness training. Typically, this training is held outdoors at Penncrest High School or Swarthmore College, depending on availability. During the cold winter months, these sessions are also held at Limitless Health Wellness in Woodlyn, PA.
Training Option 3:
Football Fieldwork
Group football technique improvement, & various football position-based drills. Typically, this training is held outdoors at Cardinal O’Hara High School or Swarthmore College, depending on availability. During the cold winter months, these sessions are held at Limitless Health Wellness in Woodlyn, PA.
